A new Anti corruption research network has been launched that aims to study the causes of
corruption and its impact on the overall development in a country. It has also launched a
web platform where all the information about corruption research is available from around
the world. With its base in Europe it focuses more on the continent of Europe and its
corruption. It analysis is based on innovative research ideas from contributing editors who
have been exposing all forms if corruption around the world since multiple decades. It
wants general public to take part in this cause and expose the people to be deep into
corruption.
Also transparency international has been doing a great job of exposing corruption around
the world. The transparency international also works to give countries tools and ideas to
face this growing epidemic and counteract corruption. The European Union is one of the main
areas of focus for transparency international who has drawn steps to reduce corruption. It
is a prevalent problem in European countries and adequate steps need to be taken that help
fight against corruption. Instruments such as the United Nations Convention against
Corruption acts have to be implemented in Europe. Recent corruption index has put many
European countries on top of the lists. Most prevalent here are countries such as Greece,
Serbia, Bosnia and Italy. Most countries when inducted into the European union stop
fighting the war against corruption and cause the corruption levels to peak new levels.
People who expose these links are required to be protected and pushed ahead so that they
lead to other pushing other people. The office is located in Brussels and all anti-
corruption work is carried out from here. It is hoped that these steps make corruption less
prevalent in the European countries and look at a corruption free future.
